REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel your service booking. Based on the cancellation and refund rules, the refund will be processed.
  2. If you do not wish to avail the service, you must cancel your service booking at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure of the flight to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be made to you subject to applicable cancellation charges of 5% on invoice value. Please note that cancellation policy is subject to change without notice.
  3. CANCELLATION CHARGES:

    7 days ( or 168 hours ) or more prior to departure time 95% of the invoice value
    7 days ( 167 hours ) to 4 days (96 hours) prior to departure 90%
    4days/95 hours to 24 hours prior to departure 85% 85%

  4. MODIFICATION/ RESCHEDULING CHARGES: INR 1000 or equivalent will be charged as a date change fee per passenger provided the modification is done atleast 12 hours prior the scheduled departure time.
  5. In case no modification or cancellation is informed by the passenger within the timelines, for any re-scheduling of service, full charges will be levied.
  6. NO REFUND:
    1. For availing the service, we recommend that Customers report at the lab atleast 60 minutes prior to closure of Check-in time slotted for the departure of the scheduled flight. Passenger journey will be smoother if they allow themselves ample time to comply with the service timelines. Service provider reserves the right to cancel a Customer’s reservation for service if he/she does not comply with the required timelines and no refund shall be made, if the service is cancelled by the service provider due to non adherence of timelines by customer.
    2. NO REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEPARTURE OF THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT.
  7. All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used while booking. In case the payments are made in cash ( ie any non-bank related method), No refund will be done. The refund will take atleast 7-10 working days from the date of processing of refund.
  8. Governing law and Dispute Resolution- This refunds policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India only without reference to conflict of laws principles and all disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
